Protein Mug Brownie

Enjoy a delicious brownie without the guilt and get your protein while you're at it. These Protein Mug Brownies taste just like dessert, but with all the great nutrition.

Ingredients
  • 1 scoop Dutch Chocolate IsaLean® Shake OR ½ packet Rich Chocolate IsaLean® Shake Dairy-Free
  • 1 tbsp coconut flour
  • 2 tbsp granulated sweetner of choice (we used stevia)
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp dark cocoa powder
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 cup dairy-free milk of choice (we used almond milk)
  • 1 crushed IsaDelight® chocolate
Directions

1. Grease a deep mug and set aside

2. In a mixing bowl, combine IsaLean Shake, coconut flour, baking powder, granulated sweetner, and cocoa powder and mix well.

3. In a separate bowl, whisk egg with milk and pour into dry mixture and mix until fully incorporated. Top with crushed IsaDelight.

4. Microwave for 60 seconds and remove from microwave and enjoy.
